Terms of Service for Free Technical Study Offer
Effective Date: 1st January 2026
1. Overview
Resonant Engineering Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) offers a complimentary technical study (“Offer”) to prospective clients (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) subject to these Terms of Service. By submitting your information and participating in this Offer, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of the Offer
The Offer consists of a remote engineering analysis based on data provided by the Client.
The Company will prepare and deliver a technical report (“Deliverable”) based on the Client’s inputs.
The Offer is provided free of charge and does not create any contractual obligation for future services.
Only one Offer per Client organization is permitted.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete data necessary for the study, including but not limited to CAD files and relevant specifications.
You confirm that you have the legal right to share all submitted data with the Company.
You acknowledge that incomplete or inaccurate data may affect the quality and relevance of the Deliverable.
4. Turnaround Time
The Company aims to deliver the Deliverable within 48 hours of receiving all required inputs.
This timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed or enforceable.
5. Disclaimer
Each Deliverable will include the following disclaimer, which forms an integral part of these Terms:
Resonant Engineering Ltd. has exercised reasonable skill and care in the preparation of this deliverable. However, it is important to note that the information and recommendations provided herein are based on the data available at the time of the deliverable’s preparation. Resonant Engineering Ltd. makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained in this deliverable. Any reliance on the information and recommendations within this report is at the sole risk and discretion of the client. Resonant Engineering Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this deliverable, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The client acknowledges that Resonant Engineering Ltd. is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the use of this deliverable. Furthermore, the Company disclaims any responsibility for changes in circumstances or events that may occur after the preparation of this deliverable, which may impact the accuracy or relevance of the information and recommendations provided herein. By accepting and using this deliverable, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Resonant Engineering Ltd., from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of this deliverable. This Disclaimer is an integral part of the deliverable, and its terms are binding upon the client and any third parties relying on the information herein.
6. Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of all data provided.
The Company retains ownership of the Deliverable and any methodologies used.
The Deliverable is provided for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
7. Data Handling
The Company will use Client data solely for the purpose of preparing the Deliverable.
Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The Company may delete Client data after the Deliverable is issued unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Offer is provided “as is” without any warranties.
The Company’s total liability under these Terms shall be zero, as the Offer is free and non-contractual.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the Deliverable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
